Message	with the 3.3L 170 HP (or new SC'd 210 HP) V6. The Pathfinder is the "luxury do-anything" model with the slick 3.5L 240 HP V6. Much more expensive and luxurious. The XTerra is built as a body on frame, and I believe the Pathfinder is a unibody, but I'm not sure.
